LI Yanmei, Dean of Zhili College, is a professor of Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University, fellow of the Chinese Chemical Society (FCCS). She received her BS, MS and PhD degrees from Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University in 1987, 1989 and 1992, respectively. During 1996-1997, she served as a postdoc at Karlsruhe University, Germany. Her research interest focuses on the synthesis and the chemical biology study of post-translational modification of proteins and peptides. She is also interested in the chemical strategy related to immunotherapy. In recent years, she has published more than 200 academic papers in PNAS, J Am Chem Soc, Angew Chem Int Ed, Nat. Commun., Acc Chem Res, Chem Sci, et al. She is now the Associate Editor of J Org Chem and Editorial Board of ACS Cent Sci, ACS Chem Bio.

YAN Yongbin, Vice Dean of Zhili College, is a tenured Associate Professor at School of Life Sciences, Tsinghua University. He obtained his BEng degree (1997) from Department of Precision Instrument and Mechanics, Tsinghua University, followed by MS and PhD degrees (2001) from Department of Biological Sciences and Biotechnology, Tsinghua University. His research programmes centers on the regulation of protein and RNA homeostasis, with particular interest in the regulation of protein aggregation, translation repression and mRNA decay in health and diseases. His teaching portfolio includes Introduction to Modern Biology, Introduction to Modern Biology (Honors), Essential Biology for undergraduate students, and Biospectroscopy for graduate students.

MA Yuchun, Vice Dean of Zhili College, is a Professor of Department of Computer Science and Technology,Tsinghua University. She received her PhD degrees in the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University in 2004. She is a recipient of Beijing Distinguished Young Teaching Scholar award. She has been honored with the Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award (Undergraduate Education) and two First Prizes of the Beijing Municipal Teaching Achievement Award. The course "Combinatorial Mathematics", which she leads, has been consistently recognized as a Tsinghua University Graduate-Level Top-Quality Course and a National Top-Quality Online Open Course. Additionally, her course "Discrete Mathematics (1)" has been designated as a Tsinghua University Undergraduate Top-Quality Course, a Tsinghua University Benchmark Course, and a Beijing Municipal Ideology and Politics Demonstration Course.
